We cater for various types of private functions using our trailblazer bbq such as corporate lunches, team building away day lunches, evening food at weddings, private house gatherings, end of year teachers parties. The options are endless of what type of event we can go to. Even public events like a school fair or sports match, we can provide catering for those taking part while selling products to the public.
Sizzle n BBQ like to offer the informal street food approach when it comes to our barbecue set up. Like providing a burger station for clients to design their own creations. A sauce table with various types of sauces to flavour your food.
What this means to you is that it allows to keep costs down as there is no waitress service. Clients come to bbq and select from the preset menu as predetermined from the organiser when booking Sizzle n BBQ. . This can be done in groups eg office A 1pm, office B 1.30pm etc or just over a period of time like an evening event, food served between 8-9pm etc. We can also set up the lunch so that clients choose themselves what they would like to eat on the day and this would be confirmed 3 days before the event to order correct qty of stock for each person. However this option is not available to groups over 80 persons.

20 Sirloin steaks (depending on thickness of course)
Price per head ranges from £9 to £25 depending on your choices.
As we like the informal approach to our bbq set up. We allow you to add to the bbq experience and bring your own salads or refreshments to keep costs down for example a staff lunch or evening party at your house. Previous clients have usually chosen the 6oz burger option, then either a jumbo hot dog or a chicken skewer. Then they have brought a salad or have supplied drinks to the event.
